Intelli-MŪ Electronic Access Control System
The Intelli-MŪ system provides customers with the power to control who goes where and when at all times, providing the peace of mind that comes from knowing that valuable assets are protected. The system is designed to be operated by the novice, and offers features usually available with much more complicated systems. A typical installation includes all the connections necessary for a high degree of security at the point of entry. At the heart of the system is the infinias Ethernet-enabled Integrated Door Controller (eIDC), which provides protection at a fraction of the size of conventional access control hardware. The eIDC fits into any standard 2-gang box and simply clicks into the mounting plate for easy installation. Intelli-M's eIDC uses Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) technology to carry both power and data to the door controller. The eIDC can be plugged into any existing Ethernet network with a standard Cat5e or Cat6 cable, significantly reducing installation time and cost. With its simple-to-use software interface and easy-to-use features, the Intelli-M system saves time and the costs of training new personnel. Single Door Application
The Intelli-M eIDC contains an embedded Web Server that provides complete control of the device for single door application without the need of a server. This allows customers to easily connect to their one-door access control system. The embedded Web Server interface has the same look and feel as the Intelli-M Supervisor Plus software that is used for multiple door integration. This eliminates the need to train installers on additional software.
Multiple Door Application
The Intelli-M system provides a choice of Supervisor Plus or Intelli-M Access software with the eIDC for multiple-door integration (one eIDC for each door).
Supervisor Plus is a full-featured security management solution with integrated video capabilities. It is suitable for small and mid-sized installations of up to 128 doors. Supervisor Plus contains all of the standard access control features including alarm management, simple badging and reporting tools. Video Integration When customers are looking for a pure, integrated IP solution providing Ethernet PoEenabled access controllers with IP cameras, Supervisor Plus combined with Pelcos Integral Digital Sentry meets this new demand.
Intelli-M Access is a simple but highly scalable browser based solution that runs on a server, can be accessed from any workstation that can browse to the server and requires no client installation. With device discovery and straightforward configuration, Intelli-M access can be configured in minutes, reducing time on the job and training requirements.
